Individual, Child, Couple, and Family Counseling
Individual counseling is the most common form of therapy and usually involves the client and the counselor alone in a room. The counselor will use a combination of talk therapy and other approaches to process through your situation. Couples counseling involves two individuals and the counselor. The couple is involved in a romantic relationship and experiencing some life situations that is leading to a disconnect in the relationship. Couples counseling can be especially beneficial for couples facing infidelity issues, lack of trust and consistent fighting. The couple does not have to be married to attend couples counseling. Child/Adolescent Counseling, can occur with the adolescent alone or as a combination of individual and family counseling. Adolescents/Children are seen for a wide variety of issues but often present with feeling of depression, poor self-esteem, disruptive school conduct, fighting with parents, sexually acting out, drug use, and anger management. Family counseling, involves two family members or more and the counselor. The family members can consist of any combination of individuals. For example a mother and daughter may attend sessions together or a brother and sister may attend sessions together.

Workshops/Groups for Individuals and Small Companies
RCS periodically provides workshops and small groups. We occasional provide free workshops for nonprofit agencies and school districts. Call 210-523-4200 to ask about our small groups and free workshops.
Payment for Services:
RCS believes that price should not be an obstacle to getting the help you need. We utilize licensed professional counselor interns to provide affordable counseling services. Counselor interns have a Master’s degree in Counseling, Bachelor’s degree, and have successfully passed the Texas licensed professional counselor examination. Our counselors interns all have previous counseling experience in diverse counseling settings. The price to see a counselor intern ranges from$25-50 dollars depending on services provided. We accept cash, credit card and checks as forms of payment. Please, call for more information
Fees for Service provided by Dr. Kirleen Richardson Neely
The fee for individual counseling is $115 per session and $125 for couples or family counseling. Dr. Neely holds a PhD in counselor educational and supervision and is licensed by the Texas board of professional counselors. Dr. Neely accepts some health insurance, check, cash, and credit for payment.
Using health Insurance for service:
RCS welcomes the use of insurance to pay for services. However, when insurance is used we must give your insurance company a valid mental health diagnosis for you. In addition, insurance companies may ask for detailed information about you in order to make payment decisions. Some clients elect to pay services out of pocket to protect their privacy. Please, contact your insurance carrier for information on their policies. If you choose not to utilize your insurance benefit we can provide you with the paperwork needed to seek reimbursement for service directly. The following is a list of insurance companies we accept:

Confidentiality & Privacy Policy:
The relationship between you and your counselor is protected by law. Information that you share with your therapist cannot be disclosed without your written consent. However, there are some exceptions to confidentiality laws. If your counselor suspects child, elder, or adult abuse they are required by law to report such abuse. If you have a plan to harm yourself or someone one else, your counselor is required to notify law enforcement. During your initial meeting, your counselor will review these policies in more detail.
