About the Service

ASK RCS is designed for individuals who which to engage in telephone consultation or counseling via the telephone.

Telephone Consultation: Telephone consultation is offered to potential clients who wish to receive a brief assessment via the telephone. Consultation is 45 minutes in length and requires a payment of $100.00. Consultation is a one- time service. After telephone consultation the client must be seen for a face- to- face counseling session. Telephone consultation is not intended for individuals dealing with thoughts of suicide or other self-injurious behaviors. Richardson Counseling Services firmly believes that psychotherapy/counseling is an in-depth process requiring the interaction of you and your therapist in a face-to-face manner. RCS reserves the right to refuse telephone consultation at anytime if we feel that the client’s issues are not appropriate for a phone consultation service.

Telephone Counseling: Telephone counseling is designed for clients who have already been seen face to face in the office. This services is used when clients have concerns that arise in-between sessions. The length of telephone counseling is between 15-30min. The charge for telephone counseling is $50.00. RCS reserves the right to refuse telephone counseling at anytime that it feels the client’s issues is not appropriate for a phone counseling service.

Telephone Consultation and Counseling Guidelines

Must be 18 years of age or older and must check box indicating that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined. In order to receive telephone counseling you must have been seen been seen for a face to face counseling session in the last six months.
