All initial visits to Richardson Counseling Services begins with an in depth assessment of the client’s situation and needs. Clients will have the opportunity to explain why they are seeking counseling services. The therapist will ask questions in regards to family history as well as symptoms related to the current situation. Upon completion of the assessment the client will receive immediate feedback from the therapist. The therapist and client will together determine the need for additional sessions and the areas that should be focused on. RCS therapist typically use a brief solution based therapy approach.

She will discuss the psychological effects of hair loss, the impact to self-esteem and highlight strategies to combat the issue.
